Bluetooth and VIZpin are erratic on my iPhone

1. Update to the latest version of iOS
2. Clear recent app list
   1. On iPhones with a physical Home button:
      1. Tap the Home button twice
      2. Swipe each app up to clear it from the list
   2. On iPhones without a physical Home button:
      1. From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause near the middle of the screen when the app list is displayed
      2. Swipe each app up to clear it from the list
3. Open iOS settings
4. Tap Bluetooth
5. Swipe the On/Off button to the disable Bluetooth – the button will be grey
6. Swipe the button again to re-enable Bluetooth – the button will be green
7. Close the iOS Settings app
8. Open the VIZpin SMART app and tap a VIZpin key to unlock the door
