VIZpin offers a 30-day return policy for all hardware purchases only. Under no circumstances will VIZpin refund any service fees for products that have been working correctly. To be eligible for a hardware refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Orders that qualify for a refund will receive the sale price of the item purchased, minus any shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and it is recommended to keep a copy of your shipment tracking receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be mailed to your billing address, within 10 business days.
The warranty period for VP1 Bluetooth Controllers with PLUS service is for the lifetime of the PLUS service. The warranty period for Bluetooth Controllers with LITE or vPROX, Solar Kits and FOBs is one year. Please review our complete product warranty here.
