VIZpin offers a 30-day return policy for all hardware purchases only. Under no circumstances will VIZpin refund any service fees for products that have been working correctly. To be eligible for a hardware refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Orders that qualify for a refund will receive the sale price of the item purchased, minus any shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee.
Please send us an email at orders@VIZpin.com to request a refund including your serial number(s) and reason for return. You can then return your item to: 355 E. Liberty Street, Suite 210, Lancaster, PA, 17602, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and it is recommended to keep a copy of your shipment tracking receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be mailed to your billing address, within 10 business days.
All VIZpin Products include a limited warranty, which covers factory defects in materials and workmanship (Limited Warranty).The VP1 Bluetooth Controllers with PLUS service have a lifetime warranty. The warranty period for VP1 Bluetooth Controllers with LITE service, Solar Kit components and FOBs is one year (Warranty Period). The warranty period for smart lock mechanical parts is five years and for smart lock motors and electrical parts is one year (Warranty Period). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or use, or damage caused by an act of God. During the Warranty Period, VIZpin will, at its discretion, repair or replace the products with new parts, or with serviceable used parts that are superior or equivalent in performance to new parts. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and to Products purchased from VIZpin or its Partners. All defective products should be returned, freight and insurance pre-paid, in packaging equivalent to the packaging when originally received by the returning party, to VIZpin Inc. c/o Warranty Department. VIZpin will pay freight and insurance when returning the Product. Please call Customer Support (717) 327-4244 to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning Product.
