At approximately 1:00 pm eastern time, the cloud service provider for VIZpin began experiencing global issues, causing widespread outages for millions of apps and organizations worldwide. While the VIZpin system is back up, they are still working through issues for many others. Our engineers will be working directly with their team to understand what happened, how it was resolved, and what is in place for the future to avoid an issue like this.
