We’re existed to announce a new feature on the VIZpin.com website that allows users to access the information they need at the click of a button. Our new searchable knowledge base makes it quick and easy to find answers to many of your questions. Users can simply click the “Need Help” button on the bottom right and enter some key words or a question to find all relevant resources.

The knowledge base features Tech Tip Videos, helpful documents, as well as basic answers to the most frequently asked questions.  Once a user enters some details on what they’re looking for, the most relevant items are listed.  Users can click the link to expand for full details, watch the videos and more.  New content is being added regularly and will continue to make this tool even more dynamic.

If users are unable to find the answer to their questions, they can also submit a support request right from this new tool.  This new support ticketing system allows users to register and track the real-time status of their support inquiry as well as view any previously resolved tickets.  Communication and updates can also be done right from email for easy access.
