We’re looking for someone to join us part time to manage incoming leads and convert them to sales, as well as develop and support our Certified Partner channel. You will get to do live webinars as well as talk with lots of interesting end users and channel partners. Flexible hours Monday – Friday, minimum 20 hours required.

Respond to all leads quickly and professionally
- Use and improve our sales process
- Conduct live webinars
- Connect end users with Certified Partners for installation and sales
- Support marketing with calling and email campaigns
- Tap into our database for new prospects
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested and required
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 years of sales/customer support experience
- Not afraid to learn new technology
- Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner
- Passion and personal ownership of doing things right
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Comfortable with Sales Force or comparable CRM tool
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
