Position Overview

We need you to help us convert incoming leads to sales and develop and support our Certified Partner channel.  You will get to do live webinars as well as talk with lots of interesting end users and channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all leads quickly and professionally
  • Use and improve our sales process
  • Conduct live webinars
  • Connect end users with Certified Partners or Installers for installation and sales
  • Register and track new opportunities
  • Conduct monthly sales calls with Certified Partners to review YTD sales
  • Support marketing with calling and email campaigns
  • Tap into our database for new prospects
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested and required

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales/account management experience
  • Not afraid to learn new technology
  • Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Passion and personal ownership of doing things right
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Sales Force or comparable CRM tool
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
