Position Overview

The BDM will be responsible for growing our market share in multi-tenant residential, commercial and other high-volume applications

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales
  • Establish new relationships with multi-tenant developers, property managers, general contractors and architects
  • Identify new applications for our products and develop those markets
  • Get our products specified on new construction and upgrade projects
  • Educate clients on how to configure and use the system
  • Develop and support our Certified Partners and installers
  • Help Marketing with trade shows, case studies and training materials

Skills and Experience

  • Success driven
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Excellent communicator and well organized
  • At least 5 years outside sales in property management or construction industry
  • Able to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, rapidly changing, hard working environment

Compensation

  • Base commensurate with experience
  • No cap on commissions
